Digital Delivery and Shipping

Current first party catalog

Products currently sold directly through CelestiaDominance are delivered digitally. No physical parcel or shipping charge applies to those digital versions.

Delivery method

After a successful checkout, eligible digital purchases are attached to the signed in account and made available through the account's purchases or downloads area. A direct download version may instead provide its download action on the product page. Keep access to the purchasing account and do not share protected download links.

Delivery timing

Automated digital delivery normally begins immediately after payment confirmation, or immediately after checkout for a free digital order. Payment review, fraud prevention, service interruption, or account verification can delay access. If access is missing after payment is confirmed, contact support@celestiadominance.com with the order identifier.

Delivery cost

First party digital delivery is free of shipping charges. The price shown at checkout covers the selected product version unless taxes or another required amount are separately disclosed before payment.

Delivery territory

Digital delivery is available where the transaction, product, payment method, and account use are lawful and supported. A payment provider may restrict transactions in certain countries or regions.

External marketplace versions

When a product version opens another marketplace, that marketplace—not CelestiaDominance's first party checkout—sets the delivery method, availability, taxes, shipping charges, and delivery schedule displayed there.

Future physical products

If a physical version is offered in the future, its destination limits, shipping charge, carrier method, handling time, and estimated delivery time must be shown on the product or during checkout before payment. The zero cost immediate digital delivery information on this page does not apply to a physical parcel.
