Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly from CelestiaDominance through CelestiaDominance at https://celestiadominance.com. A product or version that sends you to another marketplace is sold under that marketplace's checkout, withdrawal, refund, and delivery rules. This policy does not replace mandatory rights that apply to you under consumer law.
Contact for withdrawal or refund requests
Use the Request refund button under Account / Purchases when it is available, or send your request to support@celestiadominance.com. Include the account email, order identifier, product, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract or request a refund. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Statutory withdrawal period
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to notify us of the decision to withdraw. No special wording is required, but the statement must clearly identify the contract and the decision to withdraw. The right and its exact starting point may differ where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Paid digital content and immediate delivery
For paid digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, checkout asks separately whether you expressly request delivery to begin before the 14 day withdrawal period ends and whether you acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins. Before the first account download, a separate confirmation repeats both notices and records the delivery policy version. Download delivery is recorded as begun when the secure download response starts; after that point the ordinary account refund request button is disabled. If the legal requirements for loss of the withdrawal right are not met, your mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Before digital delivery begins
If paid digital delivery has not begun and the standard request window remains open, the account purchase shows a Request refund button. Submitting it pauses downloads while an administrator reviews the request; it does not itself confirm that a payment provider refund has been issued. You may also contact us promptly. A valid withdrawal received within the applicable period will be handled under mandatory law.
Defects, missing access, and non conforming digital content
This policy does not limit statutory remedies for defective, unavailable, insecure, or otherwise non conforming digital products or services. If a download, entitlement, or account feature does not work as described, contact support@celestiadominance.com with the order identifier and enough technical detail to investigate. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include correction, replacement access, a price reduction, contract termination, or refund.
Refund method and timing
When a refund is legally due or expressly approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method. For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time after the refund is issued.
Free digital content
Free downloads do not create a paid amount to refund. Defect reports and requests to remove access can still be sent to support@celestiadominance.com.
Subscriptions and recurring services
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a period already supplied. Any statutory withdrawal, termination, price reduction, or refund right that applies to the subscription remains unaffected.
Abuse and duplicate requests
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the account and transaction. Fraudulent requests, chargeback abuse, repeated downloads followed by deceptive claims, or attempts to obtain access without payment may be refused where permitted by law and may lead to account or security review.
Policy version
Effective version: 21 August 2026. The version recorded with an order is the version presented for that checkout, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
