CD Gas-Tracker stores user-entered data locally on the device. The app does not send your entries, photos, notes, or usage data to the developer's servers or to third-party analytics or advertising services.

1. Information the app can store

The app may store information that you choose to enter or create, including:

• day summaries and workday notes;
• fill-up times and dates;
• optional photos that you choose to attach to entries;
• app preferences such as language choice and draft-entry state.

2. How your data is used

Your data is used only to provide the app's features, such as:

• saving and displaying fuel and workday records;
• showing matching license plate suggestions from your own saved entries;
• restoring unfinished entry drafts on the same device;
• generating exports such as text files, PDF files, or shared content when you request them.

3. Data sharing and transmission

CD Gas-Tracker does not transmit your stored records to the developer. The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or account-based cloud synchronization.

If you use an export or share feature, the selected content is shared only because you intentionally trigger that action. Once data is sent to another app or service by your choice, that app or service handles the data under its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Internet access

The current version of CD Gas-Tracker is designed to work without transmitting your personal records to remote servers.

5. Cloud backup and device backup

The current version of the app has Android backup disabled for app data. This means the app is intended to keep its saved records local to the device instead of participating in Android cloud backup.

Please note that files or screenshots you manually export, share, copy, or store outside the app may be handled by your device, operating system, or other apps separately from CD Gas-Tracker.

6. Photos and device access

If you choose to attach photos, the app uses only the photos you select or capture for the relevant entry. These photos are used only for the in-app record and related export or share actions you choose.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your saved records remain on your device until you delete them inside the app or uninstall the app. If you delete an entry or remove the app, related local app data may be removed from the device in accordance with Android's storage behavior.

8. Children

CD Gas-Tracker is not specifically directed to children.

9. Security

The app is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure by keeping records locally on the device and avoiding transmission to the developer's servers. However, no device or storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users are responsible for securing access to their own devices.
