Mahjong Glyph Towers Terms

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Mahjong Glyph Towers, including the Android app, Windows app, online account features, cloud saves, leaderboards, co op play, purchases, and related CelestiaDominance services.

By using Mahjong Glyph Towers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or online services.

1. Provider

Mahjong Glyph Towers is provided by CelestiaDominance.

2. The game

Mahjong Glyph Towers is a tile matching puzzle game. The game may include offline play, online sign in, cloud saves, leaderboards, online co op, profile features, coins, digital items, and optional purchases.

Some features may require an internet connection, a compatible device, the latest app version, a CelestiaDominance online account, Google sign in on Android, Microsoft sign in on Windows, Google Play services, Microsoft Store services, or access to CelestiaDominance servers.

3. Offline play and online play

You can play Mahjong Glyph Towers offline without signing in. Offline progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the app, reset the device, or change devices.

Online play is optional. If you choose online play, sign in, use leaderboards, use cloud saves, use co op, upload a profile photo, or make purchases, CelestiaDominance may process the information described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts and sign in

Android online features may use Google sign in. Windows online features may use Microsoft sign in. Sign in is used to connect your Google or Microsoft identity to a CelestiaDominance game account.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account, Microsoft account, device, and store accounts secure. You must not use another person's account without permission.

You must provide accurate information when setting profile names or account information. You must not impersonate another person, company, service, or CelestiaDominance staff.

5. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your CelestiaDominance game account and associated Mahjong Glyph Towers online data from inside the app where the account deletion option is available.

Deleting a CelestiaDominance game account does not delete your Google Account, Microsoft account, Google Play purchase history, Microsoft Store purchase history, or store account records. Those services are controlled by Google or Microsoft.

6. Profile names, profile photos, and user content

If the app lets you set a profile name or upload a profile photo, you are responsible for what you submit.

You must not submit content that:

is illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, or discriminatory; infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights; impersonates another person or misleads users about your identity; contains malware, scams, spam, or attempts to manipulate the service; contains private information about another person without permission; is otherwise harmful to users, CelestiaDominance, or the service.

CelestiaDominance may reject, remove, hide, or moderate profile names, profile photos, leaderboard entries, co op access, or other user submitted content that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or operational risk.

By submitting a profile name or profile photo, you give CelestiaDominance permission to store, process, display, resize, moderate, and use that content only as needed to operate Mahjong Glyph Towers and related CelestiaDominance services.

7. Leaderboards and co op play

Leaderboards may display your profile name, avatar, score, rank, and related game information to other users.

Co op play may display your profile name, score, match status, and gameplay events to your co op partner. Co op is intended for fair play between different user accounts. You must not use the same account on multiple devices to gain an unfair advantage or break co op matching.

CelestiaDominance may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries, restrict accounts, or block online features if cheating, abuse, exploitation, automated play, account misuse, server manipulation, or other unfair behavior is detected.

8. Coins, digital items, and purchases

Mahjong Glyph Towers may include coins, tray slots, hints, undo, shuffle, timer removal, or other digital items. Digital items are licensed for use inside Mahjong Glyph Towers only. They are not money, do not earn interest, cannot be sold, cannot be transferred outside the app, and have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Android purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Windows purchases are processed by Microsoft Store. Store providers may apply their own terms, payment rules, taxes, refund processes, and family purchase settings.

CelestiaDominance does not receive your full payment card number or store password. CelestiaDominance may receive purchase and entitlement information needed to deliver, restore, or support digital items.

All purchases must be made through the official store payment flow for the platform you are using. Do not attempt to bypass, alter, emulate, or manipulate billing, entitlement, coins, purchases, or restore flows.

Refund requests are handled according to the rules of the store provider and applicable law. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, CelestiaDominance may remove the related coins, items, or entitlement.

9. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate saves, tamper with network traffic, or interfere with game logic; attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt CelestiaDominance servers or app services; use bots, automation, unauthorized clients, or modified app versions to access online features; attempt to access accounts, rooms, data, or systems that you are not allowed to access; harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users; submit offensive, illegal, infringing, or misleading profile names or photos; use the app or services for fraud, spam, malware, or unlawful activity; bypass store billing, account security, moderation, or technical protections.

10. Service availability and updates

CelestiaDominance may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Mahjong Glyph Towers or its online services at any time, including online features, leaderboards, co op rooms, store items, prices, levels, balance, coins, rewards, or account features.

Online features may be unavailable because of maintenance, network problems, store provider issues, device compatibility, platform restrictions, updates, security events, or other causes.

CelestiaDominance may require an app update before online features continue to work.

11. Third party services

Mahjong Glyph Towers may rely on third party services, including Google, Google Play, Microsoft, Microsoft Store, hosting providers, and platform services. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. CelestiaDominance is not responsible for third party services that it does not control.

12. Ownership

Mahjong Glyph Towers, including its game design, software, artwork, interface, sounds, text, trademarks, and CelestiaDominance services, is owned by CelestiaDominance or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal entertainment according to these Terms and the rules of the platform store where you obtained the app.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the app, online services, coins, digital items, source code, artwork, account identifiers, or CelestiaDominance content.

13. Termination and restrictions

CelestiaDominance may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to online features, accounts, leaderboards, co op, purchases, or the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, harm other users, or if required by law or platform policy.

You may stop using the app at any time. You may request account deletion as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

Mahjong Glyph Towers and its online services are provided "as is" and "as available." CelestiaDominance does not guarantee that the app or online services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, store account, or network.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CelestiaDominance disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CelestiaDominance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of progress, loss of profits, service interruption, device problems, unauthorized account access, or third party service failures.

CelestiaDominance's total liability for claims related to Mahjong Glyph Towers or online services is limited to the amount you paid directly for Mahjong Glyph Towers digital purchases in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

16. Changes to these Terms

CelestiaDominance may update these Terms when the app, online services, store requirements, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated version will be posted on the CelestiaDominance website with a new "Last updated" date.

If a change is material, CelestiaDominance may provide additional notice in the app or on the website. Continued use of Mahjong Glyph Towers or online services after the updated Terms apply means you accept the updated Terms.
