This Privacy Policy explains how CelestiaDominance handles information when you use Mahjong Glyph Towers, including the Android app, Windows app, online account features, cloud saves, leaderboards, co op play, purchases, and related CelestiaDominance website pages.

CelestiaDominance respects user privacy. The game can be played offline without creating or signing in to an online account. Online features are optional and are used only when you choose to sign in or use online services such as cloud saves, leaderboards, co op play, profile features, or online purchases.

1. Who provides the service

2. Information stored on your device

When you play Mahjong Glyph Towers, the app stores game information locally on your device, including:

game progress; unlocked levels; coins; tray slot upgrades; best scores and level completion data; settings; offline profile name; saved sign in state when you choose online play.

This local information is used to run the game, continue your progress, restore settings, and provide the features you choose to use. If you clear local data in the app or uninstall the app, local progress may be removed from that device.

3. Information collected when you use online features

If you choose online play, sign in, use cloud saves, view or submit leaderboard scores, upload a profile photo, or play online co op, CelestiaDominance may collect and process the following information:

your CelestiaDominance game account identifier; your display name; your profile photo or avatar URL if you upload or set one; your game progress, unlocked levels, coins, tray slots, and related save data; leaderboard score and rank information; co op room information, including room identifiers, game seed, co op round state, match events, move events, rematch events, and partner display name; session tokens used to keep you signed in; device model or platform information submitted during sign in or online service use; purchase related records needed to grant coins, restore purchases, or verify entitlement; technical server information such as request time, IP address, user agent, and error logs needed for security, service operation, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

CelestiaDominance uses this information to provide online account features, sync progress across devices, operate the shared leaderboard, operate co op matchmaking and rooms, process in game entitlements, support account deletion, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

4. Google sign in on Android

On Android, Mahjong Glyph Towers uses Sign in with Google only after you choose to use online features or continue through the online sign in prompt. Google sign in lets you sign in with your Google Account and allows the app to receive the sign in information needed to connect your Google identity to your CelestiaDominance game account.

CelestiaDominance receives a Google sign in token from the app and uses it to verify your identity with Google. CelestiaDominance does not receive your Google password. Google may process information according to Google's own policies.

5. Microsoft sign in on Windows

On Windows, Mahjong Glyph Towers may offer Microsoft sign in for online account features. Microsoft sign in lets you sign in with your Microsoft account and allows the app to receive the sign in information needed to connect your Microsoft identity to your CelestiaDominance game account.

CelestiaDominance does not receive your Microsoft password. Microsoft may process information according to Microsoft's own policies.

6. Purchases and payment information

Mahjong Glyph Towers may offer optional in app purchases, such as coin packs or other digital items. Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Windows purchases are processed through Microsoft Store.

CelestiaDominance does not receive your full payment card number, bank account details, or store account password. The relevant store provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policies. CelestiaDominance may receive purchase identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, entitlement information, and related records needed to deliver, restore, or support purchases.

Purchased coins and digital items are used only inside Mahjong Glyph Towers and have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Profile names and profile photos

If you set a profile name or upload a profile photo, that information may be shown in online features such as leaderboards, co op screens, and account/profile areas. Profile photos and profile name changes may be reviewed before they become visible to other users.

Do not upload images or choose names that include private information you do not want other players to see. Do not upload images or names that violate the Terms, infringe rights, impersonate others, or contain abusive, sexual, hateful, illegal, or otherwise harmful content.

8. Co op and leaderboard visibility

When you use online co op, your display name, current co op status, score, matched pair count, and gameplay events may be shared with the other player in the co op room so the match can function.

When you use the leaderboard, your display name, avatar if available, score, and rank may be visible to other users.

9. Information not collected by the app

Mahjong Glyph Towers does not use ads.

The Android app requests only the Internet permission and Google Play Billing permission. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call log, calendar, or advertising ID permissions.

The app does not include third party advertising SDKs or third party analytics SDKs.

The app does not sell personal information.

10. How information is shared

CelestiaDominance may share information only as needed for the following purposes:

with Google for Android sign in, Google Play Billing, and Google Play services you choose to use; with Microsoft for Windows sign in and Microsoft Store purchases you choose to use; with hosting, storage, security, and infrastructure providers that help operate CelestiaDominance services; with other players only where needed for visible online features such as leaderboards and co op play; if required by law, legal process, security investigation, fraud prevention, abuse response, or protection of rights, users, and the service.

CelestiaDominance does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

11. Security

CelestiaDominance uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and game data. Online communication with CelestiaDominance services uses HTTPS. Session tokens and account data are used to authenticate online requests and protect access to account features.

No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your Google, Microsoft, device, and store accounts secure.

12. Data retention

Local data remains on your device until you remove it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or use an in app local data removal option.

Online account data is kept while your CelestiaDominance game account remains active or as long as needed to provide the online service, maintain purchases and entitlements, operate leaderboards and co op, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce the Terms.

If you delete your online account, CelestiaDominance deletes or anonymizes the account data associated with Mahjong Glyph Towers, except where limited retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, dispute handling, or other legitimate operational reasons.

13. Account deletion and data deletion

You can request deletion of your CelestiaDominance game account and associated Mahjong Glyph Towers online data from inside the app where the account deletion option is available.

Account deletion affects online account data. It does not automatically remove information stored only on your device. To remove local data, use the in app local data removal option where available, clear the app's data through your device settings, or uninstall the app.

Deleting your CelestiaDominance game account does not delete your Google Account, Microsoft account, Google Play purchase history, Microsoft Store purchase history, or store account records. Those services are managed by Google or Microsoft.

14. Your choices and rights

You may:

play offline without signing in; choose whether to use online play; stop using online features; clear local game data where the app provides that option; request deletion of your CelestiaDominance game account and associated online data; contact CelestiaDominance about privacy questions or data requests through https://celestiadominance.com/contact.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information.

15. Children and families

Mahjong Glyph Towers is a puzzle game for a general audience. Online features, profile names, profile photos, purchases, and account deletion should be used with parent or guardian involvement where required by law or store rules.

CelestiaDominance does not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that is not permitted by applicable law. 16. International use

CelestiaDominance services may be operated and hosted in locations different from your country or region. By using online features, your information may be processed where CelestiaDominance or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

CelestiaDominance may update this Privacy Policy when the app, online services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on the CelestiaDominance website with a new "Last updated" date.
