The Mahjong Glyph Towers online services were retired on September 14, 2026. Online sign-in, multiplayer/co-op, cloud saves, public leaderboards and the online wallet are no longer available.

An offline-only update is being prepared for Android and Windows. It removes those controls and removes Google Play and Microsoft Store in-app purchases. This notice does not mean that the new app has already been published; older installed versions may still show retired controls.

No online game account is created by the offline update. Gameplay saves, coins, settings and already-recorded upgrades remain on the device. To remove all local game data, use the operating system's app-storage/reset controls or uninstall the app, understanding that this can also remove progress and recorded upgrades. A website request does not remotely clear a device's saves. An in-game progress reset may preserve an already-recorded paid upgrade.

The live Mahjong-specific server records were removed during retirement. Private recovery archives can still contain historical records, and limited retention can apply where required by law. Retirement is not a claim that every backup was erased. These records are not an active cloud-save or account service.

Your separate CelestiaDominance website account, website purchases, profile information and Celestia Vault files were not deleted by the game's retirement. Use the website's account controls or contact page for requests about that separate account, or for questions about historical game data. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and may require proportionate identity verification.
