Delete your account

You can delete your Mahjong Glyph Towers online account either inside the app or from the CelestiaDominance website. Both methods use the same Google linked CelestiaDominance account, so signing in on the website with the same Google account lets you manage the same online profile.

Option 1: delete inside the app

1. Open Mahjong Glyph Towers.

2. Sign in with the same Google account connected to your Mahjong Glyph Towers online profile.

3. Open the Profile or account settings screen.

4. Press Delete Account Forever.

5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

After confirmation, the app sends a deletion request to CelestiaDominance and removes the online game account connected to that Google sign in.

More detailed in app steps

If you are not signed in yet, choose Online Play or open an online feature such as Leaderboard or Co op Online, then complete Google sign in. After signing in, open your Profile or account settings and press Delete Account Forever. The confirmation prompt is designed to prevent accidental deletion.

Option 2: delete from the CelestiaDominance website

1. Visit https://celestiadominance.com/login.

2. Sign in with the same Google account used for Mahjong Glyph Towers.

3. Open Account settings at https://celestiadominance.com/account.

4. Press Delete Account Forever in the Account deletion section.

5. Confirm the deletion prompts.

What is deleted

Deleting your Mahjong Glyph Towers account removes the CelestiaDominance game account connected to the app, including the Google linked game login record, profile name, approved or pending profile photo, cloud save progress, coins, unlocked levels, leaderboard identity, co op account data, and game session records that are no longer needed to operate the account.

What may be kept

Some limited records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records handled by Google Play, dispute handling, backup integrity, or abuse prevention. These records are deleted, anonymized, or allowed to expire when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Google Play purchases

In app purchases are processed by Google Play. Deleting your Mahjong Glyph Towers account does not delete Google Play order records held by Google. For Google Play payment history, refunds, or purchase records, use the Google Play account and support tools provided by Google.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot open the app or cannot access the Google account connected to your Mahjong Glyph Towers profile, contact support@celestiadominance.com. Include the app name, your profile name if you know it, and enough information to identify the account without sending passwords or sensitive documents. Additional verification may be required before deletion can be completed.

Data deletion without account deletion

At this time, Mahjong Glyph Towers provides account deletion for the online game account. Separate partial deletion of selected game data without deleting the account is not generally available from inside the app.

Timing

Most account deletion requests submitted inside the app are processed immediately. Backup, security, payment, and compliance records may remain for a limited period where retention is required or reasonably necessary, as described above.
